1. Participation

All autograph sessions will require digital signup.

Japanese and Industry Guests

All Japanese and Industry Guest autograph sessions will use:

• A digital lottery 
• A digital standby queue

North American Voice Actor Guests

All North American Voice Actor Guest autograph sessions will use:

• A first-come, first-served digital queue

Single-Day Passes

Single Day Pass holders are only eligible for autograph sessions scheduled on the day of their corresponding admission.

For example, a Saturday Pass cannot be used to enter a Sunday autograph session.

2. Autograph Signup Process

• Unique signup link(s) will be provided to the patron who purchased admission pass(es) for their group. Each pass purchase will have an individual unique link.
• Do not share your unique link(s). Each unique link is tied to the purchaser’s order number and associated badge during pickup.
• A user guide will be made available to assist patrons with the signup process.
• Once signups open, patrons may sign up at any time up until the conclusion of the applicable autograph session.

3. Selection and Queue Process

Japanese and Industry Guest Autograph Sessions

• Lottery sign ups will close on August 2 at 9:59 AM MDT.
• Lottery draws for all Japanese and Industry Guest autograph sessions will be performed prior to the start of the convention. Please allow up to 72 hours from the lottery closing time for email notifications to arrive.
• Patrons who are successfully selected in the lottery draw will be able to line up at the autograph session at the scheduled start time.
• Patrons who are not selected in the lottery draw will be assigned a standby queue number.
• Signups received after the draw date will be assigned the next available standby queue number.
• If a Guest is able to provide more autographs during their autograph session, standby numbers will be called forward in batches in ascending numerical order.

Important:
Autograph sessions may end at any time due to time constraints, scheduling changes, Guest availability, illness, safety concerns, or other circumstances as determined by Animethon staff.

Being selected through the lottery, receiving a standby number, or having your standby number called does not guarantee an autograph.

North American Voice Actor Guest Autograph Sessions

• All patrons who sign up will be assigned a queue number on August 2 at 9:59 AM MDT. Please allow up to 72 hours for email notifications to arrive.
• Signups received after the above date and time will be assigned the next available queue number.
• At the start of the autograph session, queue numbers will be called in batches in ascending numerical order.
• If a Guest is able to provide more autographs during their autograph session, additional queue numbers will be called forward in batches in ascending numerical order.

Important:
Autograph sessions may end at any time due to time constraints, scheduling changes, Guest availability, illness, safety concerns, or other circumstances as determined by Animethon staff.

Receiving a queue number or having your queue number called does not guarantee an autograph.

4. Notification of Selection and Queue Numbers

All digital signup participants will be informed of the outcome of the draws or queue assignment by email before the start of the convention.

Called queue numbers will be posted on the website.

A live feed of the website will be available around the autograph area; however, patrons are encouraged to monitor the website from their own device.

Patrons are expected to line up promptly when their selection or queue number is called.

Queue numbers determine the order in which patrons may be called to enter the autograph session. Once admitted into the autograph session area, queue numbers do not determine a patron’s exact position in line.

Last-minute arrivals may result in missing the opportunity to receive an autograph.

5. Entry Requirements

Entry into autograph sessions is based on valid badge scans tied to the autograph selection, standby number, or queue number.

Proof of email selection, confirmation, or queue number alone does not guarantee entry into an autograph session.

Patrons must have a valid badge associated with the applicable autograph selection, standby number, or queue number.

Animethon staff reserve the right to verify badge information, order information, signup status, and eligibility before granting entry.

6. Important Policy Notice

These policies are subject to change at any time before or during the convention, as determined by Guest Staff, Safety Staff, Autograph Area Staff, or other authorized Animethon staff.

Autograph sessions may be modified, delayed, shortened, cancelled, or ended at any time due to time constraints, scheduling changes, guest availability, illness, safety concerns, crowd management needs, or other circumstances.

Animethon does not and cannot guarantee that any patron will receive an autograph from any particular Guest.

Failure to follow staff instructions, signup rules, queue procedures, badge requirements, or autograph area policies may result in removal from the autograph session or loss of autograph eligibility.

These policies are subject to change at any time during the convention, as determined by Guest Staff, Safety Staff and Autograph Area staff.  Animethon does not and cannot guarantee that you will receive an autograph from any particular guest.
