Where does the money go?
100% of the proceeds from all fundraising activities at Animethon go directly to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation through Extra Life Edmonton. The funding supports research, training, and mental health programs. Let’s do it for the kids! Through donor support, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation continues to give the kids the best chance to live a long and healthy life.

Looking for Charity Auction Items!
As part of our charity programming, we’ll be hosting a Charity Auction on Sunday during the event. We’re currently looking for unique and meaningful items to include in the auction. If you have an item you’d like to donate, please fill out the donation form below.
Animethon truly appreciates the generosity of its community and patrons who have donated items towards the Animethon Charity Auction. Suitable items for donation for the Charity Auction include the following:
- Be in new or like new condition
- Be suitable for a family friendly Charity Auction
- Do not need to be related to anime or the fandom
- Solicit a potential valuation suitable for a Charity Auction
Animethon reserves the right to refuse donation items at its discretion.
