Coat and Bag Check

The Shaw Conference Centre will be operating a Coat and Bag Check located next to the Animethon Information Desk (see map) on the Assembly Level.

Hours of operation:
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:00 am
Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 am
Sunday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

The cost of checking in a coat is $2.00 and bag is $5.00 per item.  They will also be accepting any luggage you may have when you check out of your hotel as well.

Always make sure to pick up your belongings before the Bag Check closes for the day. 


Mobility Assistance

This year we have added additional Edmonton Convention Centre Staff to help those with mobility issues get from one floor to another beyond the use of the inclinator. For those requiring this service please wait by the sign near the designated areas (see below) for one of the Edmonton Convention Centre staff to take you to the freight elevators. Mobility assistance designated locations (also refer to maps for exact locations):

Pedway Level - Near the doors leading to Canada Place.
Assembly Level - In front of the vending machines next to coat and bag check.
Meeting Level – Near the bottom of the stairs by the inclinator. 


Information Desk

The Information Desk is located near the escalators on the Assembly Level next t teh CVoat adn Bag Check (near Hall A – See map for Location) .

Prop Check

The Prop Check/Peace Bonding table is located in the Hall D Foyer (next to registration) on the Pedway Level.

 

Photo Booth

Located in the Exhibition Hall (Hall B&C – See map for exact location), come get your photo taken at our photo booth for FREE! Images will be uploaded to our social media and available for download after the event. Hours of operation will be the same as the Exhibition Hall hours.

 

Cosplay HQ & Repair Room

Located in Salon 1 on the Meeting Level. Refer to the schedule for hours of operation.
