Animethon presented by the Alberta Society for Asian Popular Arts, ASAPA, uses the Exhibitor Halls (Halls A, B, and C and the foyer outside them of the Edmonton Convention Centre) as the main areas for exhibitions. It includes over 70,000 square feet of space for industry, vendors, artists, gaming, food, and guest autographs catering to a lively, broad-spectrum demographic.
Applications for Exhibitor space have opened. It is NOT first come, first gets in. Artists have until Friday March 20, 2026 at 7pm MST to apply.

Exhibitor Portal
This is the only way to submit applications for Exhibitor space: it is a self serve system. You are able to update your information at any time should something change. However, you may only apply for space once.

Exhibition Hall
The Exhibition Hall is primarily comprised of various artists and vendors, and some food vendors as well.
The Exhibition Hall is located in Halls A and B.

Prepare to be immersed in a world of excitement and wonder as you explore the wide range of available activities and attractions.

Community Corner
An area of the event with lots of foot traffic, this is in the foyer between the Exhibitor and Entertainment Halls.
A few booths specifically for non-profits, charities, clubs, and various other organizations at no cost.
