3) Animethon will email successful applicants during the week of February 6, 2017 for orders before the 31st of January and within 2 weeks of submission after the 31st of January. If you have been awarded a booth(s) in Vendors Hall. Your final cost and instructions for payment will be provided.


Important Notes
  • Please DO NOT submit any payment until you have been notified to do so.
  • Deadline for Animethon 24 Vendor Sign up with Early Bird Pricing is onJanuary 31, 2017 at 11:59pm MDT.
  • Vendor Sign up is NOT a first come first served process. The Vendor Hall team will be using several criteria to select successful Vendors.
